Daisaun Altay Eric Culpeepper, 31, is back behind bars following a search of a Lexington Park home on Wednesday that led to the recovery of approximately 685 grams of a CDS suspected to be a mixture of fentanyl and heroin, according to the sheriff's office.
Following an investigation, deputies executed a warrant at a home in the 22000 block of Rue Woods Drive, where they seized tied-off bags containing the suspected fentanyl-heroin mixture, digital scales with CDS residue, over $6,000 in cash, and CDS packaging materials.
Culpepper was charged with:
- CDS: possession with intent to distribute narcotics;
- CDS possession with intent to distribute a dangerous mixture containing heroin and fentanyl;
- CDS: possession of a large amount;
- CDS: possession - not cannabis.
He's being held at the St. Mary's County Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
